Britney Spears' medical team allegedly agrees her dad Jamie should be replaced, personal conservator claims



In court documents obtained by Fox News, Jodi Montgomery, Britney Spears' temporary conservator of her person, sustains that Jamie Spears "should not continue to act as [Spears’] Conservator of the Estate, because his doing so is not in the best interest” of the pop star, 39.
